DetailsAsst. Prof. Dr. Aman Rassouli, Director of the English Preparatory School at the International University of Alasia, presented a workshop at the “Every Voice Matters” Conference held at ARUCAD University on 15 December 2025.
Titled “Empowering Teachers, Empowering Learners: Professional Development as the Foundation of Inclusive and Compassionate English Teaching,” the workshop highlighted the importance of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) in promoting inclusive and effective English language teaching. Dr. Rassouli emphasized the role of meaningful professional development in empowering teachers and supporting diverse learners.
He concluded the session by offering practical suggestions on how CPD programs can be made more efficient, relevant, and impactful.
