Our University Was Represented in the July 20 Peace and Freedom Day Receptions

International Alasia University was proudly represented at a high level during the Presidency and Parliament Receptions held as part of the July 20 Peace and Freedom Day, one of the most significant commemorative days in the history of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC).

These official ceremonies and receptions, which symbolize the struggle for existence and independence of the Turkish Cypriot people, were attended by President of the TRNC Ersin Tatar, senior members of the Turkish government, TRNC government officials, members of parliament, military leaders, academic representatives, and many distinguished guests from the community.

On this meaningful occasion, we respectfully commemorate the martyrs who sacrificed their lives in the Turkish Cypriot people’s struggle for survival on July 20, 1974, and express our heartfelt gratitude to our veterans.
