Dr. Bashar A. Abdalla was born on May 20, 1970, in Kuwait. He holds a PhD in Management Information Systems, along with master’s and bachelor’s degrees in information systems and information technology.
Dr. Abdalla has more than 25 years of professional experience at the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC), where he served in both technical and administrative leadership roles, including Head of Administrative Affairs within the Human Resources Department. His expertise includes industrial control systems, maintenance engineering, administrative management, and human resources.
In addition to his professional career, Dr. Abdalla is an active researcher. He has published scientific papers in international peer-reviewed journals focusing on e-government systems, technology acceptance models, and information systems success. Since 2022, he has been working as a part-time scientific researcher at a higher education institution in Jordan.
